Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a non-profit retail outlet specializing in the resale of quality new and previously owned building materials, home furnishings and appliances at 50-75% off retail prices.
ReStore History
Habitat for Humanity ReStore originally began with the Austin, Texas Habitat for Humanity in 1992. Today, some 500 Habitat ReStores in 47 states are raising funds to support their affiliate missions of housing people in need.
HFH-MC Beginning
Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County’s ReStore began in the spring of 2006 with the goal of covering the cost of one Habitat home per year by 2009. Thanks to our donors, volunteers and customers we have achieved our goal; however, we can’t continue to meet and exceed our goals without your help, please stop by the store and see what’s inside. One of the things that ReStore shoppers love (besides our low prices) is that you never know what you'll find at the ReStore.
