To find out more about homeownership opportunities, please attend a monthly Homeownership Information Session. Sessions include a general overview of the Habitat Homeownership program, homeowner requirements, the selection process, and a pre-screen meeting with the Family Selection Committee.
Requirements for Habitat homeownership include a demonstrated housing need, ability to pay a monthly mortgage, legal permanent U.S. residency, lived or worked in Montgomery County for the past year, and a willingness to partner with Habitat throughout the homeownership process.

All interested applicants must register online or over the phone (CALL (301) 990-0014 x21 or x18 or x15) to attend sessions.
