Looking For an Opportunity to Buy a Simple, Decent, Affordable Home?

Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, MD (HfH-MC) is accepting applications for homeownership opportunities in the Glenmont and Aspen Hill areas of Montgomery County.  HfH-MC, in partnership with Montgomery County’s Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA), will purchase vacant foreclosed homes, rehabilitate them and provide approved applicants with an affordable long-term mortgage.    

Interested applicants must attend an information session where Habitat staff and committee members will review Habitat’s homeownership program and application criteria.  Please review our homeownership criteria before registering for an upcoming information session.
