Neighborhood Revitalization/ Stabilization:

Habitat for Humanity acquires and
redevelops foreclosed or abandoned properties that might become sources of blight within their communities.

Economic Contributions

When HFH-MC rehabilitates or constructs a home for a low-income family, you win too! The project generates fiscal gains and other economic benefits for Habitat homeowners, but also for Montgomery County and the state of Maryland.
